Available Wemco models commonly include 44 (20 cu ft), 56 (35), 66 (60), 66D (100), 84 (150), 120 (300), 144 (500), 750 (750), 164 (1,000), 190 (1,500), 2500 (2,500), 225 (3,000), 3500 (3,500), 4500 (4,500), and 5650 (5,650), subject to stock.

Do you sell mechanisms only or complete Wemco cells?

Both. We supply mechanisms only or complete cells with tanks, rotors, stators, drives, sheaves, V-belts, and motors, depending on your requirements.

Are Wemco mechanisms inspected or rebuilt?

Yes. Units are inspected at our Arizona facility. Depending on availability and scope, we offer used, rebuilt, and new mechanisms with components such as rotors, stators, shafts, and bearings addressed as needed.

Can you assemble rougher, cleaner, and scavenger banks?

Yes. We can configure banks—commonly banks of 4 or 2 cells—for rougher, cleaner, and scavenger circuits, including matched drives and discharge arrangements.

Do you provide motors and drives for Wemco mechanisms?

Yes. We can include electric motors, gearboxes where applicable, sheaves, and V-belts sized for the specific Wemco model and duty.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Equipment is stocked in Arizona, USA, and we arrange shipments within the U.S. and internationally, including Mexico, Canada, and South America.
